Support Options

Clients engage our services in one of two ways, either on an ad–hoc basis or with a monthly service contract.

  • Ad–hoc support is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 17.30pm, either by telephone, remote access or on–site visit, chargeable at a fixed hourly rate. However, support is subject to engineer availability and there is no guaranteed response time for calls.
  • Monthly contract clients agree a certain number of hours support per month for a fixed fee, payable whether they are used or not, but we guarantee to action urgent calls within 2 hours. Furthermore, if in any given month you require support exceeding your agreed monthly total, this would be charged at a discounted rate.
